This is a very rare opportunity to join a leading US law firm’s global restructuring practice at entry partner level. The firm is known for its strengths in the financial services and real estate markets, and this work alone is starting to generate R&I matters. Coupled with an imminent hire on the contentious insolvency side, there is now a solid business case for a non-contentious partner.
The role would suit someone who, through no fault of their own, is perhaps in a bottle neck or blocked from making partner at their own firm. While expectations remain high, there is a clear opportunity for someone with the technical ability and partner aspirations and qualities to jump onboard.
