3+ Family Lawyer - Bristol

Pro-Legal are working with a leading national firm, looking for an experienced Family Lawyer, with 3+ years of post-qualification experience.

Our client is a leader within the Family space and are looking for this position due to growth. This person will be working with a personable team and Partner. This role is based in Bristol, however they are open to those based elsewhere, who are open to going into the office 2-3 days a week post-COVID.

They are looking for an ambitious and capable individual, who is comfortable with a high level of client contact and generating their own work alongside that of the team. This is a very exciting opportunity for growth for the right person coming in.

The team covers a broad range of matters, including:

• Divorce and Civil Partnerships
• Private law children matters
• Schedule 1 Children Act 1989 claims
• TOLATA claims
• Cohabitation agreements
• Financial separation
• Typically high net worth clients
• International elements where parties are assets based in other jurisdictions
• Complex issues concerning Trusts within divorce
• Prenuptial Agreements
• Injunction proceedings occasionally - domestic abuse or harassment relating to current or previous partner/relationship

Our client is happy to conduct interviews via Zoom and has successfully on-boarded new joiners through the COVID period.

The successful candidate is likely to have:

• 3+ years of post-qualification experience
• A broad range of UK Family Law experience
• An excellent academic background
