Errington Legal is recruiting for an Employment Solicitor with NQ-6 years PQE to join an established team which enjoys an excellent reputation and a high quality of work, and offer clear progression and development opportunities.
This role would suit someone with solid experience in employment disputes, however candidates with a mix of employment and commercial litigation experience would also be considered. Junior candidates will have done a Commercial seat during their training contract, ideally in Employment and will be expected to lead on their own matters with appropriate support and supervision. More senior candidates will need to prove strong leadership skills and have the ability to mentor.
The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent drafting, technical and communication skills and be confident in advising clients directly.
