Job Details
Exciting new paralegal position - working at an Investment Manager.
Looking for candidates with previous experience working as a paralegal, ideally 1-2 years in a funds/corporate/banking role.
The role will include, KYC, NDA, Corporate, third party agreements review, IT contracts, preparing board minutes and fund documentation work..
The candidate must have good communication skills, stakeholder management, initiative, ability to work autonomously.
They are able to come back to the office – she is in 2 days pw, 25% of office is back, she is flexible on WFH etc, easier if someone is in a little
