Nothing feels better than when; your client relationships are valued, your client wins are recognised and celebrated, you have a voice around the table, your marketing budget is approved and you have the ear of the managing partner! And this US firm is looking to grow an energised corporate practice with junior to mid-level corporate partners who want a bit of the limelight. There are currently two corporate partners in London, you will benefit from working in a real team of contemporaries and in a firm which has a strong entrepreneurial spirit but also a culture of supported autonomy. London has a flexible charge out rate structure and is benefitting from the internationalisation of the US client base.
Financial services, real estate and high net worth clients create an interesting venn diagram and provide a great mix of accessible relationships. Your practice focus should align with one or more of these sectors and the firm is looking for a modest business cases of between £800,000 to £1 million from your own relationships.
You will have associate support from day one and the support of a firm with a turnover of over $600,000,000.
