An experienced real estate lawyer is offered an excellent opportunity to join an international law firm in Birmingham, ranked as one of the top 25 in the UK and tier 1 in the Legal 500 for real estate.

This real estate team in Birmingham act for clients throughout the UK, USA, Europe, Middle East and Asia across various sectors including automotive, technology, aviation, retail, aerospace and defence, hotels and leisure, energy, nuclear, financial services, natural resources, infrastructure, and life sciences.

The successful real estate lawyer joining this award-winning team will undertake a broad caseload of complex, challenging and high calibre real estate work which will include:

- Sales and purchases
- Asset management
- Corporate support
- Investment
- Leases and licenses
- Land acquisition
- Financing
- Securitisation

This position is ideally suited to real estate lawyers with a minimum of five years' PQE. Candidates applying for this role should be able to display:

- A strong academic background
- Training and experience in real estate gained with a reputable national or regional practice
- Excellent technical knowledge and strong commercial acumen
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in business development and client relationship management
