Job Details
A UK-based leading law firm is looking for a Mid/Senior Corporate Reorganisations Lawyer to be based in the Middle East Office.
Lawyers should demonstrate solid knowledge in knowing their clients' business, teamwork skills and commercial and innovative tactics.
Senior Lawyers who worked in Corporate Finance/M&A and restructuring, will be prioritized. Lawyers should lead the role in acting as an advisor for the clients, supervising junior lawyers and completing transactions.
Successful candidates will show strong legal skills and commercial knowledge, and of course excellent transactional execution and management skills.
