INTERESTING ADVISORY ROLE
Varied and interesting role for a mid level lawyer who has experience of corporate reorganisations. You will be advising a range of clients on bespoke structuring so this will be of interest to a lawyer that enjoys crafting innovative solutions both to companies in distress but also acquiring parties and clients seeking to proactively manage their commercial portfolios.
