Patent Attorney

An opportunity for a part-to-fully qualified Patent Attorney to join one of the largest Intellectual Property practices in London. The firm has expanded internationally and has offices in Europe and the USA and has a significant presence in the life sciences, medical devices, pharmaceuticals and chemical sectors. The practice is led by an industry leading contentious IP Partner who specialises in Medtec and Healthcare sectors.

The successful applicant will focus on medical device and healthcare manufacturers, and the caseload will include a mix of drafting and prosecution and include a focus on oppositions.

Applicants:

• Part to-fully qualified Patent Attorney
• Essential: Mechanical experience with any experience in healthcare and medical device - desirable
• Experience in chemistry and/or biotechnology
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
