THE ROLE
A lawyer is now sought to join the Healthcare group which provides legal advice and supports the NHS and independent healthcare organisations.
The role will involve advisory and mental health work for the NHS and other public and private organisations operating in the health and social care sector.
You will advise on inter alia, general healthcare law including patient complaints, SUI and Ombudsman investigations, health sector legislation and guidance including mental health, inquests to include advocacy, COP, and public law issues such as public and patient involvement and consultation, governance and constitutional issues, judicial review and human rights.

With strong experience in the healthcare sector, you will have 2-6pqe and be looking for fresh challenges with a leading team.
