Plot Conveyancer

A leading international law firm is looking for an experienced Plot Conveyancer to join its successful Manchester based real estate team.

You will be joining a highly ranked real estate team which is known for its market-leading presence and business advisory credentials.

You will deal with plot sales transactions from beginning to end and will liaise with clients and third parties on a regular basis. You will also have experience of handling Help to Buy and part - exchange transactions.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in residential conveyancing and will have worked in a fast paced environment. You will be a team player who enjoys working within a collegiate culture. You will also have the ability to build strong relationships and ensure your clients are your top priority.
