REAL ESTATE LEGAL DIRECTOR

Experienced Real Estate Solicitor sought by well-regarded commercial law firm in Manchester City Centre for a senior role within the team. Excellent partnership prospects.

THE FIRM:

• Respected full-service commercial law firm, offices across the UK.
• Bucking the national trend, the firm’s well-regarded Real Estate practice is incredibly busy and looking to expand.
• Based in Manchester city centre

THE ROLE:

• The Real Estate team in Manchester is multi disciplinary covering all aspects of Property Law.
• The focus of this role will be investment work mainly, although there may well be exposure to other areas.
• They are looking to appoint an experienced Solicitor, from Senior Associate up to Legal Director level, who can address an issue of succession within the team.  
• Great prospects for progression into the Partnership.

THE CANDIDATE:

• They are looking for an experienced Property lawyer, with a minimum of 8PQE in general real estate.
• You will likely be working currently for a top-rated city, national or recognised regional practice.
• Given the senior nature of this position within the team, you will be someone with great technical skills, providing guidance and leadership to the junior lawyers.
• Although no following is required you will be someone with strong business development acumen, with a flair and passion for marketing and building up a practice.
• There will be a transparent and tangible route to partnership with the firm operating a very fair and meritocratic development and career path.
