Are you looking for a platform to progress within a Top 200 firm? This firm is a well-known name nationally that specialises in Litigation and are looking to recruit.

The practice is dynamic, several lawyers write for the national press and industry publications and are ranked as leaders in the field in the legal 500, they have the highest level of experience and house lawyers who are at the top of their game. The firm continues to climb the rankings of the Legal 500 and has a significantly increased headcount over recent years. They are a Real Estate focused firm, with several departments which compliment this nicely including; Planning, Construction, Corporate and Litigation.

With the grow of the department, there is an excellent scope for progression.

The Litigation department advises a diverse client of investors, borrowers, landlords and owner occupiers. The department also offers a truly bespoke to HNW offshore individuals and coupled with this, they have an extensive network and a fast-growing client base. The sectors they cover are very broad, which will mean a diverse and interesting caseload.

You will join a highly experienced, legal 500 tier department. The team are professional, friendly, supportive, and strong business generators. With the growth within the department, you will have excellent prospects.

You will be a Litigation Paralegal with 3+ years fee-earning experience (there is no upper limit on the amount of experience)

In this role you will be working on contentious property matters, predominately dealing with landlord and tenant matters. Examples of work includes:

  • Possession proceedings
  • Service charge issues
  • Boundary disputes
  • Enforcement matters
  • General contentious property work


In this role you will be working very closely alongside existing partners giving you a fantastic platform to progress and develop on a technical level. There will be close supervision ensuring you are comfortable with files. The dispute resolution team are ranked in the legal 500.

Requirements

  • You will be Litigation Paralegal with 3+ years fee-earning experience
  • You will have an eye for progression and work well within teams.
  • You will have good experience running your own files
