Job Details

Our client is an investments business who are seeking a corporate counsel to join their legal team for 6 months, with the potential for extension. Reporting directly to the General Counsel, this is a senior level role where you will be working within a lean team and will be afforded plenty of autonomy. The remit of the role is particularly broad including commercial contracts, advising on strategic issues, supporting with corporate governance and advising on ad hoc corporate queries.

We would be interested to speak with candidates who are 5+ PQE, have trained at a top-tier law firm with a focus on corporate and have had exposure to in-house legal departments. Financial services or private equity experience would also be preferred.
