An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Residential Property Solicitor to join the team and play a key role in the future development and expansion of this growing residential property practice.

We would like to speak with a qualified Residential Property Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Chartered Legal Executive who might be seeking a step-up in career and can demonstrate an ability to handle a busy caseload with management responsibilities. 

Commercial awareness and commercial acumen are essential in this role. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is looking to generate new leads, clients and referrals for the team and really make a name in the local market and beyond. In the past, the team have also been referred commercial and development work on an ad-hoc basis. You will have a genuine appetite for business development and enjoy being client-facing.

This role would suit an experienced Residential Property Solicitor who is looking for a step-up with management responsibility. The team is comprised of three support staff and the ideal individual will have oversight of the team workflow to ensure a cohesive and collaborative culture for successful outcomes.
