BCL is assisting an international law firm who have a requirement for a Technology and Commercial Associate to join their team in Dublin.

Due to an influx of work the firm is seeking to recruit a mid to senior level Technology and Commercial Associate who should have at least three years' PQE and should have experience gained within private practice.

The role would ideally suit someone with a strong track record in commercial contracts work, with specific expertise in data protection, GDPT or IP/IT matters. The successful candidate will be expected to lead and negotiate transactions, draft advice and work without supervision.

It is a technology focused commercial role advising on commercial and technology contracts encompassing outsourcing agreements, software licensing and cloud computing. Experience in these areas would therefore put you at a distinct advantage.

The Technology team of this firm is one of the leaders in Ireland and it boasts an impressive list of clients which include many household named brands across a variety of sectors including banking, retail, pharma, technology and infrastructure to name a few.
