Construction & Engineering Disputes Senior Associate: You will be working in a leading Construction & Engineering disputes team, working on complex and large matters. You will be exposed to a large amount of Engineering disputes notably across Windfarms, Petrochemicals, Ports, Airports, etc.

Due to the structure of the team, you have strong progression routes within a highly ranked international practice.

The Role

This Top City firm are looking for a Construction & Engineering Disputes Senior Associate to join their highly ranked team.

You will be working within a leading Construction & Engineering group highly ranked in both the Contentious and Non-Contentious Legal 500 and Chambers. The Group have an international reach, with construction teams present in UK, Europe, Asia-Pacific, US, South America.

The team work on a vast and diverse matters including Rail and Transport, Telecoms, Wastewater, Energy (Nuclear & Renewable), Petrochemicals, Storage Procurement to name a few.

You will be:

  • A Senior Associate working on a mixture of Construction & Engineering Disputes. The caseload will be more weighted to Engineering matters (Windfarms, Petrochemicals, Ports, Airports, etc).
  • You will be exposed to large complex Arbitration matters.
  • You will be working in a client facing role, developing and managing clients.

Requirements

  • You will be a Construction & Engineering Disputes Associate/Senor who is 5-7years PQE (Due to the structure of team, PQE outside of this will not be considered)
  • You will have experience working in a respectable Construction & Engineering department
  • You will have experience of Arbitration matters
  • Interest or experience working on Engineering disputes
