The Role
The firm are looking to hire a Conveyancer to join their growing practice based in Fareham, Hampshire
You will join an award-winning property team who are recognised for the quality level of work they deal with.
The department deals with a variety of matters which include leasehold / leasehold matters, new builds, shared ownerships, help to buy and much more.
You will deal with a broad caseload, the variety of which will make for an interesting role.
Requirements
- You will be a Conveyancer with at least 3 years PQE+ (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of PQE and I would encourage even the most experienced of candidates to apply)
- You should have had good client facing experience
- You should have good technical knowledge
- Salary is competitive and negotiable depending on your background, in addition you will receive an industry leading benefits package
