Job Details
Our client is an edtech start-up headquartered in Central London, with £6 million Series A investment secured to support the company's international expansion.
The General Counsel, who has recently joined as their first in-house legal hire, is looking for a Commercial Legal Counsel (3-7 PQE) to join on an interim basis to cover additional workload with possibility that this could turn into a permanent position. Responsibilities will focus on drafting, review and negotiation of commercial contracts including software licensing and partnership agreements. Generalist legal work may be required including data protection and IP matters.
