Our client is an international law firm that seeks to recruit a property litigation lawyer on a six month fixed term contract basis.
The successful candidate will join a highly ranked Property Litigation team that acts for a diverse range of clients across many sectors which include; transport & infrastructure, construction, education & health, defence, retail, energy & natural resource. Work will be varied and will include landlord & tenant disputes (commercial and residential), rights of way, adverse possession, restrictive covenants and dilapidations.
Applications are sought from experienced property litigation solicitors who have upwards of four years' PQE. Applicants must have experience gained at a top 100 law firm and due to this role commencing with immediate effect, applicants should have be immediately available or available at very short notice.
This role will be offered on a six month fixed term contract basis and will pay competitively commensurate with experience.
