Job Details
Due to planned growth we are seeking 4 locums to join a firm of solicitors in Sheffield and then working from home after an initial 2 week induction. The role will initially last until the end of November but will be reviewed thereafter and there has been some talk of it going on into the new year!!
The company offer excellent administrative support, including sales, post exchange and completions team, allowing you to focus on the technical side of residential conveyancing matters. Each fee earning Conveyancer has their own Legal Assistant assigned to them to help progress cases through to exchange.
The successful Conveyancer will deal with files from contracts through to exchange, involving matters such as:
* Sales and purchase of both freehold and leasehold properties
* Plot purchases
* Re-mortgages
* Transfers of equity
