Part-Time (3 days) In-house Finance Counsel, London, £65-75k plus bonus and benefits

Our client is a significant provider of working capital / trade finance with a Central London HQ and three further offices worldwide. They provide supply chain finance, balance sheet optimisation strategies and working capital solutions to a broad range of clients in both established and emerging markets. They pride themselves on being easy to deal with, pragmatic and client focused. This has led to them enjoying exceptional growth over the last five years.
This role will initially be on a part-time basis of three days a week, with the potential to go up to four days next year should all parties be keen to do that.
The successful candidate will have a very varied workload helping to manage all legal issues that arise for the business.
This will include but is not limited to drafting and negotiation of finance documents, structuring transactions, advising senior members of the business on “live” issues and liaising with external advisers and counsel.
The ideal candidate will likely come from a Trade Finance, Banking or Financial Services background but anyone with an enthusiasm for the sector and willingness to learn will be considered.
You will be Common law qualified with 5+ PQE and an ability to work autonomously whilst still being part of a wider global team.
In-house experience is a significant plus.
