Remote Leasehold Enfranchisement Position | 8+ years PQE

This flourishing practice boast several offices throughout the south east; have a fantastic reputation for servicing their local and wider community to the highest level. They all a full-service law firm will an enviable work culture described as friendly and approachable by many of their clients.

They are looking to recruit a Senior Leasehold Enfranchisement Solicitor to work on a remote basis.

They boast several legal 500 ranked lawyers throughout their departments, ranging from Leasehold Enfranchisement, Property and Commercial.

The Role

Because this firm are expanding, they are looking for a Leasehold Enfranchisement Solicitor (5+ PQE) to join their growing team on a remote basis.

The Leasehold Enfranchisement deals with a wide range of high-level work. Whilst the firm do not work exclusively with landlords, the bulk of their clients are of this nature therefore a familiarity / emphasis of this experience is advantageous. Having experience in both leasehold enfranchisement and residential leasehold disputes is similarly beneficial.

There is a heavy emphasis in quality at this practice. They are ranked in the legal 500 for their LE work giving their fee-earners access to the best quality level of work.

Having a flow of referral work is also advantageous for this role. This practice has the workflow to allocate to their fee-earners however they are ideally looking for someone who is well connected and are open to people with business plans to bring.

Requirements:

  • You will be a Property / Litigation Solicitor (8+ PQE) with specialist knowledge and experience in Leasehold Enfranchisement
  • You will work well in a team
  • You will be client care focused and driven
