The department advises private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies at all stages of the downstream investment cycle, including leverage buyouts, co-investments, management incentive plans, financings and refinancings, bolt-on investments, management change, recaps, corporate restructurings and exits.
The 2 new hires will join the Private Equity team of the Corporate group, focusing their time on Private Equity transactions in the UK, Europe and globally. Full NY rates $$
