In-House Assistant Residential Conveyancer (6 months fixed term)

A large house building organisation with offices in Yorkshire is seeking an Assistant Conveyancer for an opportunity in a busy in-house residential conveyancing team. This is for a 6 month contract. 

A salary of up to £23,000 is on offer dependent on experience, and there are a range of benefits that are different to what is generally on offer in private practice, including a company bonus scheme. 

You would assist the legal team, work very closely with two main residential conveyancers, and be exposed to plot transactions from start to finish. 
 

You should be experienced in residential conveyancing transactions and educated to A-level standard or the equivalent. Although recent plot sales and new build experience would be highly desirable, this is not essential - a candidate working in more of an administrative role within conveyancing would also be considered.
