The Role

This top 50 firm requires a Property Litigation Solicitor 1-5 years PQE into their thriving, flagship Birmingham, office. You will have unrivalled support and be developed professionally, to become a stand out lawyer in this field.

The work will include landlord and tenant work (rent reviews, dilapidations, lease renewals, service charge disputes etc), building and development, acquisitions of land, options, possessions, purchaser claims, trespass/squatter actions and leasehold enfranchisement.

You will be acting for a spread of household name clients, developers and property portfolio managers. This role comes with unrivaled prospects for progression.

Responsibilities

  • You will be a Property Litigation Solicitor with 1-5 years PQE
  • You will have a good grounding in Property Litigation from a respected firm
  • You will be ambitious, commercially minded and look to progress
