THE FIRM
A top commercial law firm providing a comprehensive range of legal services from offices in various key locations.
THE ROLE
For a paralegal to join the Housing Management team which will involve supporting the Solicitors within the team with their caseloads, but also offering opportunity to build a personal caseload of appropriate cases.
The clients you will be advising will mostly be housing associations, local authorities and specialist supported accommodation providers.
The successful candidate will work very closely with a team of Housing Management lawyers to advance cases to court.
The role will also include contact with clients to take instructions and progress cases and you will in time have the opportunity to develop your own caseload working under supervision providing an excellent gateway for you to develop a legal career in social housing.
ABOUT YOU
With a genuine interest in social housing, you will have a strong academic background, and ideally previous paralegal experience working for or with social landlords
You will also have experience of the Civil Procedure Rules and the County Court litigation process
