Job Details

Our client, a global bank, is looking for a mid-level structured products lawyer to join its legal team as soon as possible. This is an interim role that is due to last for up to 12 months. If successful in your application, you will be expected to provide legal support on all issues relating to complex structured products (primarily retail, some institutional) and the various underlying assets (including funds, shares, indices and commodities).

To be considered for this role, you must be at least 5PQE and you will have received top city law firm training in the US or the UK. Previous structured products experience is key, preferably retail, whilst a regulatory understanding (MiFID II, PRIIPS) would also be beneficial. Candidates from private practice and in-house are encouraged to apply, but you must also be available to start within 4-6 weeks.
