PROPERTY 0-2 PQE (ENTREPRENEURIAL, ENERGETIC AND INFORMAL LONDON FIRM)

Due to growth, an exciting role has just arisen at this entrepreneurial, energetic and informal London firm looking for a junior lawyer, from newly qualified up to 2 years pqe to join their property team.  The work of the group encompasses a truly wide spectrum of commercial property including acquisitions and disposals, development work and secured lending as well as high end residential  sales and purchases.  A significant proportion of the team’s clients are in the media sector adding a colourful, interesting angle to the work.

The team currently comprise 1 Partner, a senior associate, associate and two consultants and over the past five years have grown substantially.  Working with a fantastic, supportive partner, you will be given all the tools to become a top property lawyer, exposed to all aspects of the team’s work with the opportunity to form and develop close, ongoing client relationships. 

It is imperative that you have a real desire to take individual responsibility and handle matters on your  own from an early stage across a broad range of property matters.  You will need to be confident, sociable, practical and self-motivated.

The firm are particularly interested to hear from lawyers who have trained and qualified in to smaller property teams either in the West End or regional firms who have had good quality experience and possess an excellent academic background.
