Are you a Conveyancer looking to become your own boss? This highly reputable, national firm who boast 20 offices across the country are giving an experienced conveyancer the opportunity to run their own department with comprehensive support.

The role
This is an exceptionally exciting opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to grow and expand a team/department based in Tunbridge Wells, Kent.
In this position, there will be a large focus on business development, networking, or utilising an existing client base.
You will be servicing a caseload consisting of all conveyancing matters from file open to exchange.
What stands this opportunity apart, is the progression prospects. This is a great opportunity to join an already established firm with a unique start up element. Positions with established national support coupled with the opportunity to develop your own department are very rare really putting this ahead of the curve.
There will be an onus on working autonomously in this department, but you will be fully supported by colleagues and the firms infrastructure really striking a fantastic cord.
Requirements
- You will have experience in business development, networking or have a portable client base to utilise
- You will be at least 4+ years PQE and have the same years' experience running caseloads.
- You will be confident, outgoing and have an eye for detail
- You will be motivated by progression prospects
