This is an excellent opportunity for a Newly Qualified Residential Property Solicitor to join this Legal 500 firm based in Exeter.
The Firm
This firm has offices in both the City and West End, as well as the in the North. They are ranked in the Legal 500, with several Lawyers being ranked as leaders in their field. They invest in their infrastructure and have recently had a complete office renovation. The firm is highly profitable and well managed, and in recent years they have won many awards.
The firm has ambitious growth plans, making now an exciting time for a Solicitor to join the practice.
The Role
The firm are seeking to hire a, NQ Residential Property Solicitor into their West End office.
You will work directly alongside heavy hitting Partners in a highly ranked Legal 500 department. This role will have you dealing with a truly interesting client base which includes a roster of so many well-known individuals and companies.
You will deal with a broad range of work, which will include; Sales and Purchases, Licenses to Assign, Landlord and Tenant, Investment and some Development work. You will also deal with very HWN residential work.
This role will come with good training and prospects for progression.
Requirements:
- You will be an NQ Property Solicitor
- Excellent communication is essential
- A good firm background, education and experience in Residential Property
