Job Details
A telecommunications company disrupting the industry, known for its products providing global mobility. With recent funding from existing investors, the company’s valuation is now £400 million.
This tech business are seeking a Corporate and Commercial lawyer to join on an interim basis of 3-6 months to cover additional workload with possibility that it could become permanent. The position reports into the General Counsel as part of a small in-house legal function.
It is pitched for a UK qualified lawyer with 6-10 years’ PQE (as as guide only). Any in-house experience in a technology or telecommunications environment would be welcomed. For this position, you will need to be available on short notice for a quick start.
