Corporate / Funds Lawyers (c3-5 PQE) - Cayman

Job Details

Our client’s prominent Cayman funds team advises many of the world's leading asset managers, fund promoters and institutional investors across all aspects of fund formation (including private equity funds and hedge funds) restructuring/distressed funds, regulation, re-domiciliation and termination / liquidation.

Academically strong with developed communication skills, applicants will possess c3-5yrs PQE on a UK scale (ideally E&W / Australia / NZ/ Canada qualified) and have a strong grounding in general corporate, M&A and/or funds related work developed with a well-regarded onshore or offshore firm. The ability to work well with others while comfortable taking on increasing levels of responsibility is essential.
