CAPITAL MARKETS (HONG KONG) (4 - 6 PQE)

This prestigious global UK firm has a high profile HK and US capital markets practice. The firm's regular contact with listing authorities and regulators globally has given it a wealth of experience and technical expertise and brought it to the forefront of the most cutting edge issues affecting capital markets deals in Asia. Despite the reduction in capital markets work across the market our client remains very busy and accordingly it is currently seeking a mid to senior level associate to join its Hong Kong office.  You will be involved in advising on a broad spectrum of capital markets issues including equity, debt, regulatory capital and equity-linked (convertible and exchangeable) bond issues, structured finance transactions and the full range of derivative and securitised products. You will have 4 to 6 years of PQE, possess exceptional legal and technical skills, and currently be working for the Capital Markets team of a well regarded international law firm in HK. You will be fluent in Mandarin and admitted in Hong Kong.  Our client is particularly interested in meeting candidates who are able to supervise junior associates, and who have strong client skills.
