DEBT FINANCE (HONG KONG) (2 - 5 PQE)

Wall Street law firm seeks a junior to mid level associate to join its debt finance transactional practice.  The successful candidate will advise private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies as well as other corporate borrowers on a wide-range of financing structures, including senior and subordinated credit facilities, asset-based facilities, high-yield bonds and mezzanine financings, with a focus on Korea and other Asia-Pacific cross-border leveraged finance transactions. You will be fluent in both Korean and English and will have 2 to 5 years of experience working on cross-border leveraged financing transactions advising private equity funds.  You will be admitted in either England, HK or NY and will currently be working for a well regarded international law firm.  On offer is an exceptional opportunity to join one of HK's leading finance practices where you work as part of a collegiate team and where you will receive an exceptional remuneration package including a generous COLA package.
