BANKING & FINANCE (HONG KONG) (3 - 8 PQE)

This major offshore firm has the largest Asian Finance presence of any offshore law firm, and is looking to further expand its Finance team in Hong Kong. The team covers an extremely diverse spectrum of British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands and Bermuda finance law related issues and is looking to hire a candidate with a strong general banking background. Experience in fund finance, margin loans and structured equity finance and/or leveraged and acquisition finance, would be of particular interest. You will need to have gained your training and experience at a top flight international law firm. Experience of working in Hong Kong with a good network of existing contacts would be an advantage but these are not essential.
