The Role

The firm are seeking to hire an experienced Corporate Commercial Solicitor in their Peterborough office

This department services a diverse range of commercial clients, including family businesses, start-ups, national corporations, retailers and charities. You will take on a range of corporate and commercial matters from this client portfolio, as well as introduce your own. This will include:

  • Commercial Contracts
  • Sales, Acquisitions and Mergers
  • Partnerships
  • Restructurings
  • Joint ventures
  • Corporate finance and investments.

Requirements

  • You will be an experienced Solicitor with 3 PQE +
  • There is no upper limit in PQE
  • You should be ambitious and wanting to progress.
