THE ROLE:
This leading law firm continues to grow from strength to strength and is one of the leaders in the regional market. Ambitious with a clear growth plan in place this firm is the place to be working. The firm provides a full range of business and commercial services and also have an incredibly well respected family team. The family team are receiving an increased number of new instructions and are now looking for an experienced Family Solicitor with experience in dealing with high net worth related family matters. As the appointed Family Solicitor / Associate you will be responsible for all advising on all aspects of family law including nuptial agreements, domestic abuse, divorce, children matters and also matters related to unmarried couples. The department are looking for ambitious individuals who really want to work as a part of a team but also be instrumental in driving the strategy of the family department forward. You will be innovative and forward thinking and as well as running your own caseload will be keen to contribute to the daily running of the department and commit to developing the strategy of the department as well.

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful Family Associate or Partner will be bright and ambitious and determined to succeed as there is genuine prospects for career development within this role. You will have gained training at a leading national or regional practice and will be technically competent in all areas of family law including advising on high net worth clients on financial applications arising out of divorce, cohabitation agreements, domestic violence and separation. Your client facing skills will be second to none as the role involve a significant amount of client contact with a number of high net worth individuals. You must as the newly appointed Family Solicitor possess the desire to network, business develop and marker and be passionate about this area of law. For candidates who wish to be considered for partnership you must be able to present at interview a clear network of contacts and work referrers who will be only too happy to instruct you on future matters. Yu must also be able to demonstrate a strong relationship with your clients and have a good reputation in the local market.
