They have a dynamic product and solutions portfolio, supported by highly skilled technical teams.

The firm has been in growth mode for the past several years and has doubled in size over the last year both through organic growth and acquisitions.

THE ROLE

The company is looking to appoint its first Legal Counsel who will be tasked with supporting the growth and development of the business.

The location is flexible as long as you have the ability to commute to London once a week or every other week, dependent on business needs.

ABOUT YOU

A commercially minded lawyer with at least 5pqe, you will be happy and willing to turn your hand to a wide range of legal issues in this fast-paced business.

A confident communicator, you will have experience of drafting and negotiating contracts and commercial terms and advising on legal compliance.

You will be able to handle inter alia

Reviewing and advising on contracts, licenses, and other agreements with customers, suppliers and other third parties.

Structuring, negotiating and drafting sales, partner and vendor contracts and related agreements.

Providing advice on confidentiality agreements and engagement letters between the company and third parties.

Passionate about working in a high growth, fast paced business, you will demonstrate a high level of initiative, pragmatism and common sense.
