The role:

This is an opportunity for an IP/IT Partner to join a progressive, collaborative and fast-growing firm.  Working as a Partner but without all of the bad bits that come with Partnership, you will have the opportunity to build your practice with like-minded professionals, supported by a management team that is passionate about their people and the firm. 

About you:

You will be a hard IP/IT specialist with strong client relationships and an ambition to grow your practice by leveraging the relationships and resources of the firm. 

You may be fed up with the traditional law firm model, frustrated by the politics, red tape, and lack of commerciality, or you may be simply looking to move to a more flexible model that will enable you to enjoy a true work/life balance whilst earning more. Whether its a "push" to leave or a "pull" to join - either way you will be looking to be part of a new and refreshing approach to providing legal services without compromising on the quality and quantity of work. 

The money:

Our client offers an incredible fee split as remuneration plus a profit share from the business.  This is the only thing that separates them from a "normal" law firm. So, as they drive business centrally, actively leverage business from their Partners, and give you all the support you need to grow your own client base, we're not exaggerating when we say that there is a massive opportunity to earn considerably more money whilst enjoying considerably less stress and distraction of a traditional law firm model.
