IN-HOUSE LEGAL COUNSEL IP/ COMMERCIAL HIGH GROWTH TECH BUSINESS c. 5 YEARS' PQE UPWARDS OXFORD Our client is a high growth business operating at the intersection of technology, engineering and sustainability. Its products push the boundaries of innovation and high performance and it is constantly developing new capabilities. We are recruiting a talented lawyer with commercial and IP experience to join the team at HQ just outside Oxford and help drive the business forward: you will have at least c. 5 years' PQE and a broad technical skillset including drafting and negotiating commercial contracts & transactions and IP expertise. This is a sole counsel position and you will report into the CEO and work directly with the C-Suite. You must have an excellent academic and technical background and prior training/experience in private practice. Personality wise we are looking for a bright, intellectually curious and dynamic individual who will become a crucial part of the team going forward. The quality of work will be high and the package very competitive on the basic salary (which will depend on your experience and background) plus LTIPS.
