Led by a charismatic and down to earth technology expert, formerly a partner in a “leading light” TMT firm, this boutique acts predominantly for SMEs in the digital sector, and they are increasingly acting for larger tech clients.  

Their approach is unique. They are keen to move away from a very traditional, restrictive client / lawyer model into something more holistic. They are well placed to support their clients in a strategic fashion, and their success is can been seen in the high volume of referral work they now see. They have recently recruited a star junior associate and are now keen to develop the platform at the senior level.  

They have strategic plans to grow the corporate practice area as part of their upward trajectory. My client consistently pitches against large firms with strong corporate teams, and plenty of their commercial work has a transactional element of course.
