IP Solicitor to join leading regional practice

This full service firm has a thriving Intellectual Property team which advises on the whole range of IP matters including:

• Brand protection –trademark and domain name registration, risk assessment and background clearance searches;
• Product development – registering designs and patenting innovative technology;
• IP sales, licensing, franchising, collaboration and JV agreements;
• IP portfolio monitoring, maintenance and management;
• IP enforcement and infringement disputes.

As the next stage in its strategic recruitment it is keen to appoint a further solicitor to the IP team.   The successful candidate will be confident in managing their own caseload as well as working with more senior members of the team on larger matters.

You will be encouraged to take an active role in business development initiatives including attending seminars and networking events and being involved in pitches/tenders.
