Associate to join thriving real estate offering

Our client is an innovative and dynamic firm and as the next stage in its strategic recruitment plan it is keen to appoint a further Commercial Property Solicitor to the team.

The successful candidate will be at associate or senior associate level.

The role is very much client facing and you will be able to demonstrate sharp commercial acumen by your ability to understand a client’s business and deliver commercially focused advice, assuming the role of trusted advisor. 

The firm acts for a diverse range of clients including developers, investors, property funds and property companies in connection with multi-million pound site acquisitions, disposals, investments, the retail sector and residential developments.  

The successful candidate will be confident in handling a varied caseload including:

• Preparing/reviewing leases, sub-leases, assignments, licence for alterations;
• Negotiating commercial property leases through to completion;
• Handling commercial property freehold and leasehold purchases and sales;
• Advising on and drafting property documents for private acquisitions and sales and asset purchases and sales;
