Company Commercial Solicitor

We are recruiting for a Company Commercial Solicitor to join a reputable law firm based in South Yorkshire to lead its Company Commercial team. This is a well established law firm with multiple sites and a great team - a really interesting career progressing role for a corporate / commercial lawyer looking to make a step up and lead a department.

You will essentially be taking the lead on company commercial instructions and will work on a broad range matters including asset and company sales & purchase, franchise agreements, corporate and business reorganisations, commercial contracts, and data protection matters. You will be required to hit the ground running and manage your own caseload from start to completion.

The firm acts for a wide variety of clients on both a local and national scale and they have built a great reputation through the quality of work they produce and the excellent quality service they deliver.

The firm is looking for someone with at least 5 years PQE given the autonomous nature of this role, however this is a guide and candidates who fall outside of this bracket with relevant commercial skills and experience are encouraged to apply.
