THE TEAM
Within a Casualty team which provides a full, expert service in defending public and employers' liability claims, particularly workplace, public sector and claims against the emergency services.
You will be handling a caseload of predominantly fast track PL claims, including highways trip/slips, Occupiers Liability claims, housing/defective premises, and some EL claims for local authority clients.
ABOUT YOU
A solicitor NQ-2pqe or legal executive you will have previous experience of managing a personal injury caseload and preferably social care experience although not essential
