We've been retained to lead the search for a Mergers and Acquisitions Lawyer focussed on private equity backed or private M&A deals interested in moving into warranty and indemnity insurance ("M&A Insurance") broking.
The business operates in the premium space (£50m - £5bn) advising heavyweight private equity funds, buyers and sellers on W&I policies for complex and multi-jurisdictional deals.
We are looking to talk to a top-tier Corporate / Private Equity Associate with an entrepreneurial attitude to build the brand domestically and internationally.
