The Role

The firm are looking to hire an experienced Commercial Property Partner into their Cambridge Office

The firm are seeking an experienced Partner, to assist in the next growth stage for this leading Top 200 in their Legal500 ranked team.

You will be working within one of the regions strongest Commercial Property teams and will play a pivotal role, working with the National Head of Commercial, to drive the department forwards and ensure future success. The team covers all areas of Commercial Property Law including:

  • Landlord & Tenant
  • Leases & investment work
  • Corporate support
  • And Development work

Whilst a client following is not essential, you will be expected to be at the very forefront of their business development and networking campaigns.

This firm attract a high-end client base which includes investors, developers, high net worth individuals and Property companies nationally.

You will also be responsible for managing and training junior fee earners and support staff within the department - so previous experience of this is advantageous.

This team are regularly referred work from other areas of the firm, and you will be given full support to service your own contacts should you be able to bring this with you.

Requirements

  • You will be an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer or Partner with 8 PQE +
  • (There is no upper limit in PQE)
  • You will have an excellent technical knowledge across all matters and a strong billings history
  • You should have evidence of successful business development and a client following is advantageous
