The Role
The firms highly regarded Corporate team is looking to grow and hire a talented and motivated Corporate Solicitor to assist and develop the team.
The team handle a full range of Corporate law matters from acquisitions and disposals to finance, restructuring and succession planning. You will be working alongside the Partners across the department on more complex matters relating to your caseload.
This is a fantastic role for an Corporate Solicitor who is looking to expand on their knowledge and gain experience dealing with a very high quality level of work.

The Requirements
- 3 Years + PQE in Corporate Law (No limit of PQE)
- Technically strong with an eye for detail, analytical, be a good communicator and possess excellent client care skills
- An interest and flair for business development and networking
- The desire to grow at a firm that will support and guide you to become an industry leader in Corporate Law
