Job Details
Our client, a highly regarded national law firm, is seeking two healthcare regulatory litigation solicitors / barristers on 12 month fixed term contracts to cover a period of maternity leave and also heavy workload within the team. These roles are to start in ASAP and will continue for the full 12 months, if not longer.
This role is suitable for a 3+ PQE associate with an exceptional understanding of high level public law litigation and regulatory litigation. The current workload of the team consists of a number of complex and high profile inquests, judicial reviews and regulatory disputes on behalf of public sector bodies and regulators.
They will consider candidates from a range of backgrounds including private practice, in house and public sector. This is a very interactive role and as such, the candidate must be confident, outgoing, and able to speak openly to peers and clients at all levels.
